Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - We are aware of an issue that is stopping some of our customers from completing exports from the system.

The cause had been identified and we have issued a short term fix to allow exports to be done again while we rectify the cause.

Resolved - After monitoring for a while, we are now happy that the slowness issue has gone.
This incident has now been resolved.

Monitoring - We have now put more resources live and will continue to monitor until we are sure that the slowness has been resolved.
