Resolved - We are satisfied that the isseu is now resolved and all users can access the system again.

Monitoring - The issue appears to be fixed and we are monitoring currently, but users should now be able to access the system again.

We would suggest starting in a new browser and clearing cache and cookies.

Investigating - Our monitoring has picked up that some users are unable to access my.storefeeder.com, our engineers are looking into this and will provide updates to when the system will be functioning as expected.

Monitoring - We have had confirmation from our supplier that the issue seems to be resolved.

We are monitoring and will resolve this incident as soon as we are happy access is back to normal.

Identified - Our provider for ticket system and phone system is having issues this morning which is meaning our team are only getting intermittent access.

This is beyond our control and may result in a delay to the Support Team replying to your ticket.
