Resolved - We have received notification that the issue has been resolved by the DPD Ireland Team.

Update - We have received this message from the IT Support Team at DPD Ireland:

Please be advised that we’re experiencing intermittent internet connectivity issues. Our internet provider is currently working on this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience caused and we'll let you know as soon as the issue is resolved.

We will continue to monitor the messages from DPD Ireland

This is causing some order despatch attempts to fail. We suggest that any failed despatch attempts should be retried after a short period.

Resolved - Tests are showing that DHL appear to have resolved the issue and that users can now produce labels again using the DHL Parcel UK services.

Identified - We have had multiple reports of not being able to despatch orders via the DHL Parcel UK

Our initial investigation is showing it to be a DHL issue.

We will keep this page updated when we have more information.
