Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - It looks as though the issue has been resolved and accounts can reconnect.

Update - Update - Testing is continuing to ensure that the issue is resolved.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused, but because this is not affecting all accounts/integrations, it is making this harder to tes.

Identified - The issue has been identified as a change on WooCommerce side that is affecting certain versions of WooCommerce. We have done the dev work to be compatible with this change and it is currently being tested prior to release.

We will keep this page up to date.

Investigating - We are receiving reports that some users are seeing their WooCommerce integrations being unable to lin to StoreFeeder. Upon internal tests, it appears to be very sporadic and accounts are able to connect and others are not.

We are investigating the issue and will keep this page up to date.

Resolved - After monitoring, it appears that labels can now be produced again, so the issue at DHL appears to be resolved.

Investigating - We have had reports that customers are getting an error message when trying to despatch order using DHL Parcel UK shipping methods.

Initial investigations suggest that the API link with DHL could be down.

We will keep monitoring the situation and keep this page updated.
