Monitoring
Royal Mail have made changes and customers are now able to manifest again.

We will monitor for the rest of the day but we consider this issue to be resolved.

Identified
An issue has been identified with Royal Mail's OBA portal.

Recent security updates they have applied have prevented us from communicating with them. We are working with Royal Mail to regain access.

We will provide updates here as we find out more.
